Laundry Service – Terms & Conditions (For Customers):

By using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Items:

            •           We accept garments at the customer’s risk.

            •           Customers are responsible for checking pockets before handing over clothes. We are not liable for damage to garments caused by items left inside (e.g., coins, pens, keys).

2. Care Instructions:

            •           We follow the care label instructions on garments.

            •           If no care label is present, items will be cleaned at the customer’s risk using standard procedures.

3. Stains & Damage:

            •           We do not guarantee complete removal of stains. Some stains may be permanent.

            •           We are not responsible for damage due to fabric weakness, color bleeding, shrinkage, or hidden defects.

4. Color Bleeding & Shrinkage:

            •           Despite proper care, color bleeding or shrinkage may occur, especially in new or delicate fabrics.

            •           We are not liable for such issues.

5. Loss or Misplacement:

            •           In the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, compensation will not exceed the Three times of the item’s service value.

            •           Claims must be made at the time of collection.

6. Turnaround Time

            •           Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

            •           Delays do not entitle customers to refunds.

7. Unclaimed Items:

            •           Items not collected within 30 days may be donated or disposed of without further notice.

8. Payment Policy:

            •           Full payment must be made at the time of collection (or in advance, if applicable).

            •           Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Special / High-Value Items:

            •           Please inform us before giving delicate, designer, or high-value garments.

            •           Such items are cleaned strictly at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Hygiene & Safety:

            •           We reserve the right to refuse items that are excessively soiled, contaminated, or pose a health risk.

11. Complaints:

            •           Any complaints must be made during collecting the clothes.

            •           No claims will be entertained after delivery.

12. Right to Refuse Service:

            •           We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without providing a reason
